Full weekend of racing and good times with the crew. Results have been hard to come by lately but i did get lucky and pull a 4th on Sunday. Still not where i'd like to be, but i've really just started to get back into it since cross season ended.In other news, this March i'll officially become a real estate investor and home owner. Weekend recap 1.21. Saturday- Got up and threw down with a few of the Tosa MoFo's in the AM. Russell, Bubba and Duckett. Laps around Hoyt park and general screwing around was accomplished. PM, rode down to Wales to get dinner. By time i finished it was a cold ride home. Sunday- BMX. We welcome Jay, Nate and Kenny to the AlphaWings BMX team. To top it off they all represented well with some great results today. Low turnout meant i had to race the punk class. Fared alright with a 5th. Thats all for now. Kill the snow!
Swap was a bust. T scored some tires and a helmet but i didn't see anything i needed. I did sell some BMX wheels today so that was a plus. Rollin black Superstocks for now. Kinda diggin the B on B look and if there good enough for the World Champ i can live for awhile. Racing was a teaser today. Cruised into the mains but did'nt do squat when i got there. More practice. Kenny and his kid rode well and took home some bling, as did Jay but i'll have to read up on how The Boy did. Afterwards, rode a few laps of snow covered tundra at LP. First time ive touched a MTB since Thanksgiving. Felt good and was a nice way to round out the weekend.
