LEARNING EXPERIENCE.

photo:bubba
Can't thank the people enough who contributed to this weekends effort; My parents for their support and hospitality the entire weekend, Tbone and John Lirette for being everywhere on course and in the pits and keeping everything I needed dialed, Hayes Bicycle Group for products that have worked flawlessly not only all race but all year, Ergon for keeping my hands cozy all race and the Expo team for all their support in the pits and inspiration to keep pressin' on (as long as I could). A swollen knee had me done early and out for the next few weeks. Anyone want a ticket to Napa Valley?

Ronsta you were flying out there. Had th knee been ok, I know a much better outcome would have shown.

Thanks for pitting by us, it was fun.

Can't wait till the next one.

PS - I'd love to take Aris out to Nappa, but our budget doesn't seem to allow such an adventure.

Hi, as a racer i thought you and your readers would like to know about the the Mount Kenya 10 to 4 (10thousand feet to 4 thousand feet) http://www.10to4.org/
a race in Kenya to raise money for Mount Kenya and its diverse assembly of animal life. What a great experience. I hope that you and other american riders would consider competing some day. At one place the race was shortly held up by elephants!
One of the greatest bike experiences of my life. cheers,
